Waldwick Landscaping was started in 1978 by Roy Incardona, along with help from Philip Mattei. It was owned and operated by Roy and his two sons as a small part time operation until 1994 when he handed the business over to his son, Joe Incardona. Joe began to grow the business slowly while taking college courses in Horticulture. He continued to learn as much as possible about the industry while obtaining the proper licensing. By the year 2000, the business began to expand and today it consists of four Landscape Maintenance crews with 12 employees. Most of the employees have been with the company for over 10 years. They are hard working, talented, professional, and friendly. They are all very family-oriented. The crews are supplied with the best equipment available which, is maintained weekly for effectiveness and reliability.
