Includes Lawn Mowing, Trimming, Edging, & Blowing paved areas. Herbicide is applied around obstacles and cracks. Beds are weeded periodically throughout the season.

Leaves and sticks are cleaned up from lawn & beds, Lawn is Power-Raked and Seeded with dark green, drought tolerant seed.

Mulching Beds are Carved, weeded, and mulched with dark brown, fine Oak bark mulch at 2-3 inches deep leaving beds looking new and fresh

Complete Pruning and Shaping of all ornamental shrubs and small trees. May be done several times according to plant and rate of growth.

• June – fast growers/spring flowering plants
• July – all plants
• Fall – touch up pruning

• October: Leaves are cleaned off of the lawn.
• November: Lawn and beds are cleaned 2 times, once in early November and again later in November (weather permitting).
• December: A final cleanup is done once or twice leaving your property clean. Spent annuals & perennials are cut and Lawn is Mowed when necessary.
